1. About the Service; pre-contract information

The Service helps you compare travel package options and submit a booking request. Actual travel services are provided by the relevant tour provider/agency or other counterparties indicated during the booking/offer flow. Prices, availability, itineraries, and included services may change.

If you place an order online for a travel package (distance/off-premises), this Service provides the key information required to ensure that you can review contract/service terms and consumer rights before you are bound, including withdrawal where applicable.

2. Contract formation; offer handling

• Booking request: Your submission of a request is a request to the relevant provider/agency and does not automatically confirm travel.
• Confirmation: A binding contract is concluded only when the provider/agency confirms the booking and you receive the final offer/contract terms (or other required documents) through the flow used for your booking.
• No guarantees: We do not guarantee that a requested package will be available at the requested price or on the requested dates.

3. Consumer rights and distance-contract notice

For orders made at a distance, Ukrainian consumer protection rules may provide a right of withdrawal where applicable, and require provision of clear pre-contract information. This Service is intended to support compliance with consumer-information requirements.

4. Tour provider information; licensing/authorization context

Where the travel offer relates to package travel, the provider/agency must provide accurate information about its identity and, where applicable, the licensing/permission context for tour operator activity. Our role may be limited to comparison and request facilitation; the provider/agency remains responsible for the travel services.

5. Availability, pricing, and changes

• Prices displayed are subject to confirmation by the provider/agency and may change due to availability, tariffs, or updates.
• We may update listings, descriptions, and offers without prior notice.
• You should review the final offer/contract terms before confirming payment or booking.

6. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, spectrynchops.com is not responsible for losses caused by the provider/agency (including itinerary modifications, cancellation, fulfillment issues, or third-party actions) after your booking request is handled by the provider/agency.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

7. Acceptable use; prohibited conduct

• Do not submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Service, circumvent security, or scrape data unlawfully.
• Do not use the Service for fraudulent bookings, chargeback abuse, or other unlawful purposes.

8. Personal data; privacy notice

When you use the Service and submit a booking request, we process personal data (for example, your contact details and travel preferences) as described in our privacy notice. We implement appropriate safeguards and process personal data under applicable legal bases and controller obligations.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
